We hold an annual fall workday to help maintain our trail systems and buildings at Gartzke Flowage. Duties include cutting firewood for the shelters, clearing trails, cleaning and maintaining buildings. Contact Andrea Medo at the link below for more information.

Do you have a love for nordic skiing and would like to see it transferred to our next generation? We are looking for volunteer to help with our youth nordic programs. Areas of help include from the youngest basic beginner coaching to advanced race team coaching. Contact Andrea Medo at the link below for more information.

Club members can volunteer to help with parking, timing, exchange areas, the meal and cleanup. You will be asked to work 4 hours and in return, the club will receive $500. You will be treated to lunch, beverages and music. We are looking for 10 people to help. The event takes place in September near Langlade, WI. The moonlight ski and snowshoe outings will be held at Gartzke Flowage. Leading the group consists of starting a fire at the cabin prior to guests arrival, meeting guests at the parking lot, leading the group down the trail, and making sure the cabin is cleaned and fire is out before departure.
